Returns
PLEASE carefully read the terms of our return policy prior to purchasing. Due to the seasonal nature of our product, we offer a 7 day return policy from the date of receipt. You will need to notify us a standingstocking@gmail.com of your intention to return your item. You will be emailed a RA# (Return Authorization number). Returns without an RA will be refused, and refunds will not be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase and/or receive your Standing Stocking within 7 days of the Holiday (December 17th) you will have until the day prior to the holiday (December 24th) to return your product unused and in its original packaging. Your item must be post marked by this date if within this window. No returns will be accepted after the corresponding Holiday if purchased within that window.
No returns will be accepted after Christmas. If your product was customized and approved, no returns will be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging you received it. Merchandise returned used, dirty and not in its original packaging is subject to refusal and credit/refund will not be issued. In the very rare case of a damaged item, you will need to provide us with visual evidence of the damage prior to return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition, is purposely damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email (if you have provided one) notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There is a 10% restocking and repacking fee
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within the posted time:
1. Depending on your method of payment, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. If after doing this you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at standingstocking@gmail.com with LATE/MISSING REFUND in the subject line.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our company not from shipping companies. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at standingstocking@gmail.com marked EXCHANGE REQUEST in the subject line and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift credit (code) will be issued to you.
If the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original card processed.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). You will need to securely repackage your item along with all the original materials, tags and accessories as received and bring your package to a UPS, FedEx or USPS center and pay for the return. Please retain your tracking number. WE DO NOT PAY FOR THE RETURN nor supply return labels unless we have clearly seen (as stated above) the product was defective or damaged prior to leaving our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original cost to ship will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you received free, promotional or discounted shipping for any item, we reserve the right to charge back the ORIGINAL cost for us to ship you the product.
If you are shipping an item(s) valued over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost during shipping.
